Everyone knows that iPhone and iPad apps are hot these days. There are zillions (giver or take a million) out there. And more are added every day: games, noises, and other toys, of course, but also business apps that enhance productivity.
There is even desktop software and WordPress plugins to create simple apps to promote blogs, websites and businesses. Some of those may even work, sort of. But the products of those little software pieces are probably not what you think of when you think of
